The only thing i liked was the team i was in. We all left at once.

They don't value you, whatever client say you have to follow. Poor salary. the pay i was getting at joining was same at the time i left which is after 2 years. of course I was given 2.5k hike in 2 years.

Work from home. Some TL are friendly. Fresher salary good.

Over time, Incentive not given ON time. No job security, first said month last Saturday only working then project deadline came all Saturday working even Sundays and holidays also we work for that project but they removed us after the contract.

I feel secure as it was work from home option.Where i was in quality control team. You get ample amount of time to complete your work.My TL was not so strict he used to understand our situation and supported us.

People at one project were extremely good for work and timings and another project were not understanding at all. It depends on which project you are working on. Overall TL and upper management is good

They provide free transport all around Puduchery. Flexible work hours. Free snacks and tea.

...d under the manger(not a software guy) guidance, and need improvement feedback. No change in salary or confirmation in probation. Expect all filthy words during the one to one meeting. HR will support the manager who speaks filthy words as both are friends. Your escalation will fire back to you, think twice before escalation. If you want to quite the company, you have to submit the written document and wait for all other consequence. As a professional, instead of joining/working here, one can sleep hungry and homeless.
