Personal and work life gets perfectly balanced provided you manage your projects perfectly. Flexibility can be expected. If you are working from home, you cannot find any comfortable job better than this organization. Yea even if you find, the flexibility is quite high here, provided you keep up your deadlines or tasks up-to-date. If you are a person who will finish the given tasks before someone nudges you, then this is the right place.

Being in WFH, nothing much except for the salary part. Even if you are experienced, the range of salary will be less and every year there will be a hike but less. Growth is very slow here. If you are having expectations of getting high package or salary above 40-45k, then this is not your place.

...igh, often requiring a 24/7 commitment, which leads to an overwhelming workload. Additionally, there are no opportunities for promotion or salary increments, and the overall compensation is very low.
