People who prefers to play safe can trust this workplace. Its highly unlikely that u r going to get laid off.

1. Micro management. Almost feels like a school... 2. Very low salary. Management & Team leads hired members more than their project required, resulting in spliting up budget... 3. Very low skilled team leads & senior members. Resulting in poor knowledge growth for juniors. 4. Though seniors & leads are low skills, their attitude and ego levels are high, they act as if they were the CEOs and COOs of the company. 5. Almost every team is worst. No flagship skilled team. Every team is low skilled. So newbies have to learn and upskill on their own, with no one's help & support. 6. Zero respect. 7. Easy projects. No tough projects. So hard to learn new stuffs. (If u are a person, who wants to be alone with noones help, learn stuffs and upgrade yourself in your free time. And u r expecting a safe place with low lay off rates. This can be your workplace)

1. Terrible politics 2. No compensation or benefits( only the people who are working there long time i.e seniors working for more than 10 years take all the mid year hikes and yearly appraisals.) 3. Too much partiality if u r doing well 4. I started with 5.2 LPA came out after 3 years with 5.8 LPA that much terrible politics are there 5. I wont recommend this to anyone especially if u r joining for testing team. Please save yourselves!

Not supportive even in time of pregnancy they won't provide wfh if we need we want to quit the job so I quited due to my pregnancy they didn't provide appraisal. Our works will never be appreciated

Good work life balance and continuously billed in Projects.Company cares for its employees well.

Usual company politics and very less appraisal every year.CTC wise you can't expect bug growth unless you are an show off type to your management.

There is no employee benefits except some standard medical policy Domain knowledge are stacking in senior level, less knowledge transfer Do the appraisal in 360 degree.
