They Hire you with condition on Zero sale, zero salary basis. like as an commission basis, no product training given, from very first day of joining, they force you to go to market and start sale. If you are doing cold calling then its a waste of time according to management. No leads, No broachers, No pricelist will be given as hard copy, they sent you on mail and says show the soft copy to customers.

i have spent almost more than 2 years in this company. the work culture is something I like the most. people and Team is really supportive. i have learnt the team work here. the company spends in the customer conversion a lot. we have to see the customer doesnot suffers. we try our level best for that . Every empoyee is treated with proper dignity. the confirmed employees are given all sort of services wrt travel, holidays, Medical etc.

the salary is held if the sales person does zero sale.

...de range of products. quality is fine. there are ecnomy as well as classy range. it depends on what you pay for. We are cost efficient as well.

the deliveries are late by a week sometimes.

But yes at the same time it is very crutial to stand in the probation period. in the probation period, if within 30 days if you donot appoint the distributor, your salary will be held up till the appointment of the distributor. one thing is sure, you cannot survive in the company by just giving fake commitments and taking up the job somehow. so clarity is must.

...shish ki to company ne bhi extention dia aur aaj mai apni teamlead kar raha hu..salary se zyada incentive kamae ka mauqa mila yaha par.

the salary hike and during the joining and confirmation is good. but yearly increment 5 % se 8% milta h normally. Ye performance or commitment based hona chahiea. specially sales me.
