Dislikes

...can pay lakhs if you're through reference & if you're there by your own dude....Even a 25K salary is a big achievement for you here. They'll force you to follow processes which doesn't make any sense. Even after working soo far you'll get to listen a lottt just like teachers used to scold students. Guys, Rather than working here I'll really recommend you to stay jobless. Employees are literally resigning here without getting another job due to toxic work culture

There's nothing to like about it. There's no one to listen for employees, They just give you overload & if you managed to do those work they'll provide you even more work.

...everything. Their notice period is terrible ( 3 Months ) & on probation 1 Month. They literally pay their staff pennis, Their deduction from your CTC salary is just...I can't explain. They'll show you gold & then give you copper instead. There's no one to listen for employees. Even the HR department is Irresponsible. They don't even treat everyone equally. Even if you give all your efforts work for 12-12 hours, No one cares but if you ever made a single mistake whole company will start to blame you. I'm way way way tooo frustrated about this.

Application department is good as compared to all department. Seniors are supportive and helpful.

One of the worst HR department i have ever seen. Company growth is increasing 4x a year and employees growth is 0.4% a year

Everything is perfect in this company. But the supervisor here thinks that my related boys should be shaken and promoted. If any staff is reading my review then sir plz casteism should be reduced and the boys who know should be allowed to go ahead.
