Supporting staff, job security, pay good ( depends on interview) and Good for those who write on there cv seeking for new challenges There they will learn to balance professional life ( 14 hours) and personal life ( 24-14 = 10 hours which include sleep + fresh/washroom + breakfast+ dinner + time to family ) 😂 That too 14x7x30/31 dyas

Minimum timing on site is 14 hours, 7:30 AM sharp vehicle leave from guesthouse 9:30 - 10 PM back to guesthouse . This timing conditions apply to all SW site. I and rest 3 new joine left SW with in a month after seeing timing. 14x7x30/31 days This is my honest review.

Never ever dream to work with sterling and wilson renewable energy limited. Their management have no idea and no planning for future. They are just there to destroy employees career.

Dislikes

Poor employee management planning. No interaction between managers, HR and associates. They have hired me for full time and on roll . I was on probation period for six months and hired for project execution. However dispite continues asking for work, at the end of probation period, they ask me to resign be abuse having no projects. Then I refused at the last, I have been seperated out from company giving the reason that company is making loss for continously three years and my position identity surplus to resize the organisation capacity to bring the turn around on positive by terminate employee.
