False promise, no cab, no meals, no safety for women emploee, no 1 fraud cmpny with fake offices in All India, hardware compnay not a software devlpment. Use women to fire male emploee from job, make u sit near male member for some days, then change female seats, then drp mails to male mebers saying that women has complaint against male memers, innocemt women dont know that. Spoil life and career of male emploee. They doing this for so many years, male member know that once ths nature complaint agaist them nobody support them. They leave comny finally. Police came to my house after 9 monhs to know matter, my marital life affacted. I ws shocked, depressed, mentally upset what they do with emplee. Never join this comny. Save your life and relationship.

Hi Worked in stellar for almost 11.5 years. It is a good company provides job security and work life balance. Working here is very cool and our boss Kuljeet sir is very kind hearted person. I don't know about other departments because I have worked in R& D.

The work-life balance here is pathectic here , what is good is safe jobs for those who are "yes" boss people. The culture of the company is poor. Job satisfaction is for those people who say "Yes" to everything and engage in flattery. There is no focus on skill development for heads- to the down at the team level—very toxic environment. Management does no bother, poor HR team—no authority at all—cannot help you with any concern. The bossed will never change jobs because they are trapped in their own egotism, believing themselves to be the ultimate authorities—the "fathers and gods" in marketing. As in reality, no other company would hire them, leaving them with no choice but to stay and expect constant flattery.There is no logical discussion. You discuss with facts, and you targted. I better took the action of leaving them. Advice: Change the culture—openness and Facts only, not people focus. Things would change or things would remain the same its their call. All the best to you !
