Pure Lala Culture of company. Employee always struggle for payment . Employee get salary after 2 months. One month salary employee never get. Always need to do work late evening

1) HR policies not good they hold your salary of notice period (3 months) and pay during fnf however after begging they release salary

6) R&d and plant team are highly unaware and ready to adapt about quality requirement for export which leads to claims
7) Most of the time of BD goes in handling the supply chain and resolving quality claims
8) Back office team needs to pull up socks and take responsibility for supply chain
9) Majority of business is Aftermarket so cat and mouse game each month
10) Team is focusing on Export OEMs but plant team not capable of it as they have chalta he attitude
11) Project Management team is always on toss they do not have enough support

But Now New Joining Employee As D.ET. 16500
There is no defence between Both are Salary Same
