Contractual Workers suffering from lost of issues like delay salary,Less day in a month 18 days , No Insurance,Job Security, Management behaviour worst with only Contractor Works treat like animal.

Dislikes

The work culture is pathetic with uneven share of responsibility (for the same salary) among peers. No control of management over non-Executive staff, they are mostly controlled by unions and this leads to unnecessary pressure on Executives to get the jobs done somehow.

Gives ample scope to explore opportunities. Gives exposure to Cross functional experience. With the recent spate of Modernisation & Expansion all across SAIL, new state of the art technology has been inducted, which provides enormous challenge for go-getters. I pride my employment at SAIL, as i am able to contribute directly towards the growth of the nation- be it countries infrastructural dev-Bogibeel Bridge, space explorations- Chandrayan-II or rails on which the country moves, its all made in SAIL.
