Here is all politics and also we don't have a medical reimbursement not having childcareing no any other benefits Only we have bonus of 3500 pp er year And medical claim of 2500/-

Due to present salary scales and staff recruited for last 15 years are not dynamic, worthy for high past standards of the Bank. Top management lacks vision control and efficiency for which bank was considered in the past. Working standards are moving from bad to worse for last ten years. Bank requires complete overhauling and from AGM's upwards management trainees needs to be appointed from outside. It is evedent from the value of shares of the bank which has not appreciated for last 15 years and are losing worth oftenly.

No sincerty towards organization by top management.

...red by the official. There is fast track promotional opportunity at every stage. Based on one's expertise, inclination, he/she may get plum postings like Treasury Management and Overseas Posting, wherein you will be compensated not only Indian Salary but also salary and perks as per overseas work conditions (No other Indian Bank provides this facility). For woman employees, maternity leave upto six months with full salary is provided. SBI takes care of its staff with utmost care.

Horrible work culture. Too much internal politics. People who don't work re appraised well and people who work hard are appraised badly, and have to bear lots of criticism. Seniors don't have any idea about the reality of ground level and force unethical practices for personal gains. People who oppose this are publically humiliated and instructed to resign. Seniors have no working knowledge of how the softwares work, and if some do do, then they refused to share their knowledge with others. It is the worst workplace I have ever worked in. I would not wish this kind of working environment to my worst enemy.
