Work life balance is very poor. Expected to do most of customer's part of documentation also. Expected to be available irrespective of holidays. Being service sector it's both physically and emotionally exhausting

Appraisal is fixed in every 3 year, salary increment is fixed, good bonus, good HR policy

You will have to do multiple work at a time, office time is very strict for coming but not for going. You will be threatened multiple times for sending back you to HR, or getting warning mails and memos which make the job security very low for the organisation No work life balance good if you are bachler or not married

One of the best bank of banking industry I really enjoyed each and every moment I spent in in this organisation... Thank you For Giving me this opportunity working with your rules and regulations these one year experience lot to me..I really liked companies culture, atmosphere.🙏🙏🙏😊

No work life balance , appraisals purely on sole discretion of Team leaders ,HR is only for name and for papers to show outer world . Complied to work even on public holidays . This is specifically for Noida zone , other locations may have different scenarios
