It's been a great pleasure working in Aegis in aspects of training, pay, job security, worl environment everything. I have worked in various organizations but I truly believe there is no better experience then Aegis, however I have moved out looking for other endorsements and learning but I am sure back in my mind that after sometime I will come back to this organization.

Dislikes

As I have worked 4 years I can see the positives but only negative I experienced is payout day which is on 7th of every month.

It was great experience with aegis, I learnt a lots, I deployed my skills. I would like to suggest every one if you start you bpo career then start from aegis.

There is only one issue, which is salary and appraisal.

Preferences are only to be given to dearest people even if the person does not have any skill Minimal and not satisfactory appraisal and increment to be given Made you to work for 24*7 hours Not satisfactory work-life balance Leaves you with doubtful Gives you a notice period without any clarity People manipulate No privacy is to be given to anonymous feedback
