If you perform well and able to prove yourself, then you can survive. Salary on time but deduct a lot for no reason. Office culture is average. Good part of this company is verrrrryyyyy less.

GUYS IT'S REQUEST TO YOU ALL, PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS ORGANISATION EVEN IF YOU ARE SEARCHING DESPERATELY FOR A JOB. Work pressure is too much over here. Taking a single leave here is like India is playing Fifa World Cup. Even if you are dead, then also you have to login. Deduct money for short login hours. They give much pressure to WFH employees. The most important thing is, job satisfaction and security is ZERO. No appraisal. They will treat you like a slave. Mark my words. Even after giving my best for so many years, they treated me like a slave.

I got supportive colleagues who helped to do the learn work in proper way. The sme and TL are good enough to support the team.

There is no salary hike and holidays are very less, takes time to solve the issue and no outings for Team.

I dont like the startek company because of its political view over employees even thought I have been experienced for 2 years so far it was hell out of job for me.. mostly they will be playing dirty politics with the good agents and loose them for no reason and forget about the promotion and recognition awards it's only maid for the feet lickers who are very good at licking and licker only get the promotion.. I suggest please correct this format of Aegis startek... Talents are being wasted there no use of talent over there

Aegis is a very Nonsense company in Noida Sector 16 There have no work life balance and Very less salary If take Unplanned leave in case of emergency Aegis will Hold your Salary for one month or more than once upon a time. i was employee of Aegis company HR was done Fraud with me and my Friend Fraud Amount was 8000 Still Never Return to me or my My Friend. Not provided any Salary Slip of my Cousin brother In name of Rotational off You have to Worked 9 days Continuously. So the moral of the Review Just i am Informing to Everyone I humble request to you Don't Go Aegis for the Purpose of Job. You should go another Company. Thanks regards.
