Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of few years before which you cannot resighn. On the job training is not given to new joinees. There are no support any way and again joining opportunity is not given.salary is so poor

... if you can't sale then the behavior of the manager and team leaders are harsh . Secondly they have salary issues they will deduct salary from the first month just tow make sure that the employee doesn't quit .

The Aegis B.P.O where we were working become Startek...Aegis Cheated us by not giving offered salary for most of the experienced employees and given very high salary to the freshers compared to the experienced persons. That's the only thing I don't like working with Startek...

...eevi Qa are worst eating gutka, some times bad smell of alcohol from Ashok QA.. Vishnu TL of QA often marked me loss of pay for no reason...they used to tell me to do their work also from their email id.. Farzana QA always taunting , spying and criticized me. Not respected me. Made me slave.
