The policies of the Startek was very much satisfactory, everytime I got salary on time, i never got a single issue for non-payment of salary. Pl's / CL's policies was very much fantastic.

Low salary package for agents and , promotions on the basis of favouritism.

...eevi Qa are worst eating gutka, some times bad smell of alcohol from Ashok QA.. Vishnu TL of QA often marked me loss of pay for no reason...they used to tell me to do their work also from their email id.. Farzana QA always taunting , spying and criticized me. Not respected me. Made me slave.
