There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Aegis is a company where there are lot of things to learn. I personally became from nobody to a very respected employee. I cherished every moment for 6.6 years of my career in Aegis.

Salary structure is very poor and some very naive leaders who unknowingly do more bad than good.

Most of the Colleagues has helping mentality especially our TLs and AMs were very much helpful when it's come to any support from them..that's the only thing I like when I was working there.. colleagues was good..

The Aegis B.P.O where we were working become Startek...Aegis Cheated us by not giving offered salary for most of the experienced employees and given very high salary to the freshers compared to the experienced persons. That's the only thing I don't like working with Startek...

There is no job security related to the work , like I did a some mistakes they don't give a chance , fired from the company and delete my id but I'm working hard .

...eevi Qa are worst eating gutka, some times bad smell of alcohol from Ashok QA.. Vishnu TL of QA often marked me loss of pay for no reason...they used to tell me to do their work also from their email id.. Farzana QA always taunting , spying and criticized me. Not respected me. Made me slave.
