There is nothing to like about this organization..the work pressure is too much. They will want you to work for double of the salary they are giving. And the management is the worst. No one helps.

The whole management, the work pressure I really need money, else I would have quit this job.

Good culture, hygiene, functions, activities etc

Did get salary growth because of internal politics against muslims by senior manager Mr. Gurmeet Bawa if you don't believe me go to production floor and observe the same.

Overall everything is gud but when it comes to promotion and increment in salary Startek doesn't give much opportunity for growth and increment. But overall a very gud experience

No much growth and increment in salary . Working since 2019 no much growth and increment since then so requesting to increase in salary

Obviously secure if your performance is good. Culture and atmosphere is good. Policies are good getting IJP opportunities on regular basis, it is good for beginners.

Associates are not getting increments. No bonus but yes good for beginners.

...rity system is not in right place, some attrition cases was come intentionally .Salary package is not too good to full fill our dream . Appraisal process is okay , But CTC increment should be minimum 6 % . Learning and carrier growth training process is excellent which is giving by aegis team to their employee .

Work pressure is very high in compression of salary package, maximum time we have to work 10-12 hours in day . Leave_which was offered by Aegis team was not usable , if you have urgent required to take leave even then they have not approve for leave . Management team always want number , they were not seen the pain of their employee
