If you perform well and able to prove yourself, then you can survive. Salary on time but deduct a lot for no reason. Office culture is average. Good part of this company is verrrrryyyyy less.

GUYS IT'S REQUEST TO YOU ALL, PLEASE DON'T JOIN THIS ORGANISATION EVEN IF YOU ARE SEARCHING DESPERATELY FOR A JOB. Work pressure is too much over here. Taking a single leave here is like India is playing Fifa World Cup. Even if you are dead, then also you have to login. Deduct money for short login hours. They give much pressure to WFH employees. The most important thing is, job satisfaction and security is ZERO. No appraisal. They will treat you like a slave. Mark my words. Even after giving my best for so many years, they treated me like a slave.

The company is good for fresher who are willing to side hustle or have extreme need of job.

I didn't like the salary package and the hr policies also the employees at the senior level specially the QAs and HRs are incompetent.

...ternet and most importantly electricity. So no option to work in that situation. The company denied any support and cut the salary as well for non working days. After few days they benched me along with few more of colleagues without any pay.

I personally dislike everything except the AM, TL or OM. They supported me alot.

Favouritism Manager treat to agent as slave or labour scolding on floor Never see your hardwork Only support their favourite either they or not HR is just like a monk I will prefer plz not come in this company

I got supportive colleagues who helped to do the learn work in proper way. The sme and TL are good enough to support the team.

Dislikes

There is no salary hike and holidays are very less, takes time to solve the issue and no outings for Team.
