Just hell, like British colonial plantations, double work because of insensible targets, minimal salary without any rise, no promotions or promotions without salary hikes, misbehaviour, shouting is something that's a daily necessity of managers here.. change of process in every weeks or months.. only focus is to get more work out of you as in any way possible, no job security, illegal things happening like inequal pay for equal work, your junior joining months or years after you will always be getting higher salary, no transparency, everyone is arrogant, internal politics is worst than that of our nation's politics

Building godrej Genesis is good but Startek team leaders and floor manger all are chappri simmi khatoon, anisha khatun useless attitude. Company use the employee after that they pressurized you for regination..

Salary - system issue, salary deducted Team leader - 3rd grade behaving like park circus chappri Floor Manager - any issue pressurized for resignation If any body died in ur family they did not give you leave. Office cultural - very bad...

They hold your salary if you take one unplanned leave and the salary cycle of starter is also of the 7th and there is no job security and you give the resignation to the team lead, then it will floor manager and then come to HR.
