There is nothing to like about this company apart from less workload but at the same the salary paid is quite low as well.

Building godrej Genesis is good but Startek team leaders and floor manger all are chappri simmi khatoon, anisha khatun useless attitude. Company use the employee after that they pressurized you for regination..

Salary - system issue, salary deducted Team leader - 3rd grade behaving like park circus chappri Floor Manager - any issue pressurized for resignation If any body died in ur family they did not give you leave. Office cultural - very bad...

They hold your salary if you take one unplanned leave and the salary cycle of starter is also of the 7th and there is no job security and you give the resignation to the team lead, then it will floor manager and then come to HR.

Startek company is good just because they gave salary on time but dp ib proces is not good just because they cut out OT money

In startek DP ib process is not good just because they asked to do OT now they cut money even management is also poor whenever they need us thet hire for sme whenever there need end they just remove us from the group and all and treat very bad
