Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of few years before which you cannot resighn. On the job training is not given to new joinees. There are no support any way and again joining opportunity is not given.salary is so poor

... if you can't sale then the behavior of the manager and team leaders are harsh . Secondly they have salary issues they will deduct salary from the first month just tow make sure that the employee doesn't quit .

According to me the Aegis security is fine.ihabe been working for 2 years.i didn't have any problems and they give us good salary and bonus every year. Thanks..........
