Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good facilities every year. But, currently working from home

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I m thankful to Aegis as it was my 1st company and I have learned a lot from there . I love the fact that I was a part of team. Another thing is that my colleagues came from various culture backgrounds but we worked happily in collaboration. I also liked employee re- hire policy there.

Dislikes

Management was very poor ,compensation is decent but growth was slow .the work pressure was very high Sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time I do receive appreciation mails from our client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal.

Ther is nothing that anyone will like working here, very bad politics, no appreciation no hike and management is waste. HR does not know how to address even a single concern. The last thing anyone should choose working here

Most of the Colleagues has helping mentality especially our TLs and AMs were very much helpful when it's come to any support from them..that's the only thing I like when I was working there.. colleagues was good..

The Aegis B.P.O where we were working become Startek...Aegis Cheated us by not giving offered salary for most of the experienced employees and given very high salary to the freshers compared to the experienced persons. That's the only thing I don't like working with Startek...

There is no job security related to the work , like I did a some mistakes they don't give a chance , fired from the company and delete my id but I'm working hard .
