I m thankful to Aegis as it was my 1st company and I have learned a lot from there . I love the fact that I was a part of team. Another thing is that my colleagues came from various culture backgrounds but we worked happily in collaboration. I also liked employee re- hire policy there.

Dislikes

Management was very poor ,compensation is decent but growth was slow .the work pressure was very high Sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend clients calls in the evening manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time I do receive appreciation mails from our client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal.

Each and every person, Team lead, manager everyone is fake . No support, no salary growth after 6 years of working also, most worst company which destroy everyone's career

First sign of trouble and the company dumps all the employees .zero job security and zero respect. terrible experience

...eport to duty whenever called upon. we were not given any further clarification. Had to stay away from home without pay or a job for 3 months due to their negligence and all the while not one hr was contactable

Company didn't support at all. Worst company I have ever worked with. If you can't support your employees then you should shut down.

They don't pay properly and during pandemic they screwed the life of their employees. worst company I have to ver worked and will not recommend it to anyone

Most of the Colleagues has helping mentality especially our TLs and AMs were very much helpful when it's come to any support from them..that's the only thing I like when I was working there.. colleagues was good..

Dislikes

The Aegis B.P.O where we were working become Startek...Aegis Cheated us by not giving offered salary for most of the experienced employees and given very high salary to the freshers compared to the experienced persons. That's the only thing I don't like working with Startek...
