Worst company...no one is supportive... operation manager is unprofessional he himself is not coming to office and expecting his team to come to office... assistant manager does romance on floor...overall environment is non professional

Yes..no salary increment from past 5_6 years....salary issues.... partiality also observed...hr will also not help you...ur trapped ..do not join this company...

Management, specifically Pritha koer from Myntra and Priyanka Singh from Swiggy. They don't know anything about management, they are just sitting on that position by the grace of some upper level management.

Hr team is good. Assistant managers are supportive.

Dislikes

No work life balance. We have to dedicate 24 hours to the work. Management does not pay proper salary to the employees. It’s still 13k to 17k max. To much of pressure and they don’t even consider us as a human.
