First sign of trouble and the company dumps all the employees .zero job security and zero respect. terrible experience

Dislikes

...eport to duty whenever called upon. we were not given any further clarification. Had to stay away from home without pay or a job for 3 months due to their negligence and all the while not one hr was contactable

Company didn't support at all. Worst company I have ever worked with. If you can't support your employees then you should shut down.

personal experience sharing about company rule is good, and seniors all are very cooperative but salary structure is low, no other allowance, and I spend more one year in Aiges company, but no promotion, appraisal, no personal life😊
