Everything.I joined startek 24 of may .from 24 may to July 7 I have given many times my document adhar card and every thing but they hold my salary and later they said that my adhar card is not updated and deactivated my sap id.they snach my job without reason worst managment worst hr.only person I found helpful is Vaishali mam who helped me.hr said that if I will not give my resignation then they can't give me salary and force fully taken my resignation for the name of salary and said that after resignation they will credit my salary and later they will give me rejoining but.they didn't reply my msg or mail or call and after chasing many days they said that now hiring is closed and saying that it's my fault that I my adhar card didn't verified. When I applied for UAN NO.it was done easily and they r saying that my ph no is not updated in adhar card then.but when applied I get otp in my phone no . They only want one month free ka kaam.no salalry no job security aur sab agle ke sar par thop de. Aur dusri baat flipkart ka pura process hi jaali hai ye maine ojt me jaan liya hai. Customer ko 120 baar call back ke baad bhi koi solution/refund/ product nahi milta fir aise customer se ye good feedback ( csat) lane ko kahte hai.sochne vali baat hai ki jis customer ka aapne na saman na diya na paida diya wo 100baarcall back kar raha aur koi result nai milne par wo kyu good feedback dega .Aur 100% call aise hi customer hai jo had se jyda pareshan ho chuke hai.bevajah cce ko pareshan karte hai csat laao csat laao. Itni bulk hiring hi issliye hoti hai ki ye kisi ko kaam karne hi nahi dena chahte .Itna pareshan karte hai ki executive bina bataye hi chale jaate hai.aur agr bahot majburi me kaam karna bhi chahte to ye unki salary rok dete ya nikal dete csat ke naam par. Haath jodkar binti karti hoon koi bhi kisi bhi halat me started agies wo bhi flipkart ka process to bikul hi Join na karo.ye logo ka khoon peene ki machine hai.ye review maine 1 mahine apne job ke liye fight karne ke baad likh rahi. taki apni puri koshish akr saku job bachane ki .Par I logo ne sab mere hi sar par daal diya .Mere saath saath mere team ke aur tin logo ki salary bhi isi tarah nigal gaye.mujhe to fir bhi mili par kaiyo ko to aaj tak nai mili. Aap kisi ko bhi koi mail kar lo ph kar lo koi aapki madad nai karta.

There is no positive in working with such immense pressure no benefits. Nowork no pay basis life any day they change your shift

Favouritism Manager treat to agent as slave or labour scolding on floor Never see your hardwork Only support their favourite either they or not HR is just like a monk I will prefer plz not come in this company

Without an ijp, your salary would not increase whether you worked for three, two, or one year. Ijp is also a gimmick, and favouritism is present.

In startek if you are living in lucknow so that startek is better job opportunity in BPO sector. Startek hiring process it very fast. Also he gives the training before you working any process. The training period is paid. After completed the training period then you will come to operation. All supervisors all very supportive and good nature.

Dislikes

In my opinion there is no hike and appraisal on tenurtity basic in same process. Only promotion level increase a salary.
