...e manners. If you ask fr leaves they will do lots of tantrums n can abscond you. No appraisals in salary. They will treat you like donkeys. Incentive you will nvr get. At the time of joining they will tell you IJPS will come but no ways .. n gulaami kroge to shi h wrna toh muskil h sb... bahut bkwas management h. Baat krne ki b tamiz nhi... never join startek.. HR b bekar h koi help nhi kch nhi...

They are not provide transportation service,cafeteria,team outing.weekoff one in a week only,salary scale is very low... overall not up to mark....

Most of the Colleagues has helping mentality especially our TLs and AMs were very much helpful when it's come to any support from them..that's the only thing I like when I was working there.. colleagues was good..

The Aegis B.P.O where we were working become Startek...Aegis Cheated us by not giving offered salary for most of the experienced employees and given very high salary to the freshers compared to the experienced persons. That's the only thing I don't like working with Startek...

...eevi Qa are worst eating gutka, some times bad smell of alcohol from Ashok QA.. Vishnu TL of QA often marked me loss of pay for no reason...they used to tell me to do their work also from their email id.. Farzana QA always taunting , spying and criticized me. Not respected me. Made me slave.

Building godrej Genesis is good but Startek team leaders and floor manger all are chappri simmi khatoon, anisha khatun useless attitude. Company use the employee after that they pressurized you for regination..

Salary - system issue, salary deducted Team leader - 3rd grade behaving like park circus chappri Floor Manager - any issue pressurized for resignation If any body died in ur family they did not give you leave. Office cultural - very bad...
