Worst company with pathetic management system. I have not receive my 1 month 10 days salary only I got payslip of these days. I have called HR many times regarding this issue but HR team is always unresponsive over call or message. They never paid the actual amount which they mentioned in offer letter. It's not only my problem my entire batch is facing same salary issue. They offer 9 hours work per day with one rotational week off but we have to work more than 10 hours everyday even in week off they call and tell to attend virtual meeting.

The work is good the people is nice in nature and as co worker. Tl is good and management is also nice. I also like the employee re- hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. cleaning is not that much good but overall every think is ok.

...nvironment Of The floor is Really awesome and The Seniors are quite supportive . But the thing is In The very least In-hand salary , one can not survive. Rest all Is awesome Here. It is A great Experience Working with Aegis.

If in case present working employee working process was shutdown in that all employee are rejoin from it is too bad from that company. in other request to the employee too satisfaction that person.
