Company handling very good salary Compliance.

Dislikes

Thare was no job security, career growth is depend on luk, management taken much time appart from office hrs, and working culture is not well, thare is multiple cercumtences on cooperation in HR and management. Thare is no hygiene environment.

It's was overall a great working experience where I have polished my written and verbal communication.

Dislikes

It's really hard to take a leave even if it is on an urgency bases & and there is a lack of problem solving skills when it comes to the people of the hierarchy.

Startech technology is good opportunity for fresher's I also started my job in startech but there are few things for learn not lots, and job is also not secure because they also work for other companies so some time they work some time don't have startech is dependent on other that's why job security is zero atmosphere is good.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
