Job is satisfactory but it is basically strictly target oriented. Only good point is that company provides care and support and timely salary according to market.

All thing is good.. working environment, seniors and colleagues all are very good only drawback from my side is monthly target and unsecured job security.

...but not the managers but is still expected to be known everything about the job. Salary package is very very low in comparison to the work that is extracted from us.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.work pressure is very high.sometimes I need to attend client calls late into the night..there is no on- job training for freshers
