...y sales oriented they don't give at least 3 to 4 months to employees to perform. They say we will pay half salary if the sales is not done but they don't even do that. Highly non recommendable organization pathetic!!

No leads given Expecting deals to be closed And without any prior notice , They can remove you at any time without salary. Think before you join any brokers company like this. No pf no pay slip.

... was disgusting . They will make you beg for FNF process. No FNF will be given . If you take any OFF in the beginning of the month salary will be on hold. And comming to Management , there will be no reason for layoff they can fire you any time without any reason. People will be blame for company inability . Mental peace here will be completely gone.
