...y sales oriented they don't give at least 3 to 4 months to employees to perform. They say we will pay half salary if the sales is not done but they don't even do that. Highly non recommendable organization pathetic!!

Noting to like about this company sirf bolbachan hai they don't even have office incentive you get once when you join them koi na koi bahana hoga to release it in HR and management doesn't know inhand salary ka matalab.They would deduct taxes from any time without informing. Salary will be on hold for without reason. This what I like about this company.

HR: Thank you Superv Sir for all the support and mentorship during the time of enrollment as well as the time of relieving. You are a hero. 7. Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
