The founders and all higher management are the most typical & tricky people whom I have seen in my life. They cheated employees by not paying deferred salary

This issue eroded trust and further highlighted the company’s mismanagement. Overall Impression: The job lacked basic employee support, with a focus on profits over people. ...e will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months

Managers don’t prioritize employee well-being or growth, and there’s minimal effort to foster a positive or collaborative team culture. No weekends 7 days working
