A long list. 1. Absolutely 0 job security. 2. Very poor management. They may hire you at huge salary but after 3-4 months, they may not able to pay you and HR asks you to resign. 3. Lack of vision.

It seems they pay well as inhand is comparatively high, but they don’t have proper policy in place for employee benefits, pf, nps and other perks that a good company should provide. They don’t really care about overall well being of employees. Very short sighted

Worst team i have worked with so far. There is no one to lead Product vision. CTO leads both product and tech and hasn’t been able to create a good environment for PMs

Personal life interference by management added to the discomfort and dissatisfaction among staff. 7. Delayed Salaries: Salaries were not disbursed on time, causing financial stress for employees. This issue eroded trust and further highlighted the company’s mismanagement. Overall Impression: The job lacked basic employee support, with a focus on profits over people. The issues with job security, toxic environment, and lack of timely compensation made it a challenging and unpleasant experience for employees.

...e will get appraisal and promotion letter very soon, that soon was after 1 year. The most important part is even after u get the appraisal u don't get the money they pay u on EMI basis so that they can hold u for 1 more year or 6 months
