They just butcher our careers..the projects VP Jitendra Kapoor is a shenanigan who exploit us in his need & fire without a notice to secure his job.. The founders and all higher management are the most typical & tricky people whom I have seen in my life. They cheated employees by not paying deferred salary

They didn't support during covid as they fired me. They even didn't provide any supporting compensation during financial crises as well I'm facing due to no job .

...were common. Employees often felt undervalued and disrespected by management. 3. No Appraisals: Despite hard work and dedication, there were no performance-based appraisals or salary hikes. This lack of recognition severely affected morale and motivation. 4. No Incentives Post Target Completion: Even after achieving or surpassing targets, employees were not rewarded with promised incentives. This practice made employees feel unappreciated and discouraged further effort. 5. No Work-Life Balance: The company had unrealistic expectations and long working hours, leaving no time for personal life. Employees were often overburdened, leading to burnout and mental stress. 6. Micromanagement: Managers excessively micromanaged employees, limiting their independence and decision-making ability. Personal life interference by management added to the discomfort and dissatisfaction among staff. 7. Delayed Salaries: Salaries were not disbursed on time, causing financial stress for employees. This issue eroded trust and further highlighted the company’s mismanagement. Overall Impression: The job lacked basic employee support, with a focus on profits over people.
