Micromanagement: Managers excessively micromanaged employees, limiting their independence and decision-making ability. Personal life interference by management added to the discomfort and dissatisfaction among staff. 7. Delayed Salaries: Salaries were not disbursed on time, causing financial stress for employees. This issue eroded trust and further highlighted the company’s mismanagement. Overall Impression: The job lacked basic employee support, with a focus on profits over people. It seems they pay well as inhand is comparatively high, but they don’t have proper policy in place for employee benefits, pf, nps and other perks that a good company should provide. They don’t really care about overall well being of employees. Very short sighted

Worst team i have worked with so far. There is no one to lead Product vision. CTO leads both product and tech and hasn’t been able to create a good environment for PMs

Salary & you can stay in any property for free

A lot 1. Politics 2.Culture 3.Time management 4.Work life balance They ask the customers not to smoke or consume alcohol in their property but their employees do that. They even smoke joints & take drugs inside the property. They retain their favourites and lay off others even if you perform well. They judge you within 2 months and send you our immediately without giving second chance

Salary is on time ,apart from this there isn’t a single thing to cherish. Work environment will only add as a backlog to your career.

Management don’t pay heed to ground realities,Nepotism is 10/10,zero appreciation of work,toxic leadership.

Please don't go , the priorities keep on get change , No logic in operations, No job security , u maid get fire within a month , without any proper reason , Nothing to learn Just showoff Worst people in management, look like top management need some guidance from expertise to creat a good culture After left the job ,,for F&F no one bother to answer your call and mail ,
