No career growth due to internal politics No job security, they can throw you out within six months telling we dnt hv requirement for this position even for permanent employee No contact with upper management to discuss over internal issue Managers do Monopoly and only favourite people can get hike or promotion No training program for self learning skills or cross training on technical aspects Works on outdated technology No option to change team or look for something internally as after everything your manager will reject it.

Your job is secure in this organization and most of mangers are good politics are comparatively less and only 2 days WFO good infrastructure in banglore

Your bonus and hike is fully based on the management, irrespective of company making profit or loss, And usually appraisal are very less salary is also very bad

Lot of politics... Always cost cutting and our salary never grows... Once you get a hike and the next year they will cut all allowance and again we are back to same salary... No women health issues are taken care or addressed if informed as well.

No work life balance we have to work around min 11hrs a day and 6 days of working in corporate too. Damn sure you have to loss your personal work, family and loved ones
