...taff who were from the early 1990s batch were good. Newly joined Managers , bad. Compensation benefits are marginal. Growth prospects are minimal. If you stick to a post you'll be made to stick to it for years.

Lady employees are safe to work

Dislikes

No hike. No recognition.. lots of partiality about staffs... If u highlight anything respective employee will b targetted and will b punished either by not giving hike or by putting them under PIP... Have undergone much and not voicing out anything to keep myself safe...

The leave policy is good.

Dislikes

...and given special attention to few people who can speak good but cannot deliver. Salary for HR team like HD operations, Talent acquisition who are based in Banaglore and Chennai is very poor. No market correction for them. They had let go of top performers with the teams. The new leaders are not empathetic and it shows how company culture is shifting to biasness.
