I have ever seen a worst management in my whole work experience. Manager will never allow you to talk with anyone and spy on you if they find you talking to anyone from the same unit. I resigned as money is not the only factor that makes us work. They really speak badly about you in your absence.

Dislikes

No Business specific HR to raise issues that one comes across. Teams are silos and dont share information. Leadership hires are arbitrary with no skillset related to the domain and they take arbitrary decisions about people within the domain.

1. Good work culture and good colleagues but depends on projects 2. Variable pay is good but hike is not great 3. Work life balance is good/bad based on projects. I had great work life balance, team culture, and colleagues one 1 project but horrible team, culture and manager in another.
