Nothing is there , OT is not given and week end allowance also not given…with minimal salary We have to work more the 12 hours , stress only we get Not salary… Hike Also very less…

In Retail banking - as I considering for good thing, freshers can gain good experience.

As I shared my personal experience about my financial & career growth, absolutley there is zero(even I worked with good performance, here it's Departments wise politics are available in salary CTC ) because when I joined 2016 April - getting salary 12,000 per p.m and, at present 2023 April - getting salary 23,200 p.m. it totally I lost my life in standard chartered GBS, (No promotion, very less salary hike, technology wise are not update as of today). Kindly Note: I'm only my family financial support so that's I worked since last 7 years

Career growth is decent but salary is low..

Job Security might be the the only criteria, that too you never know if you can grow in the same team.

Growth is absolute nil, Salary portion, half of the times wont be getting any shift allowances and that makes a huge difference in the salary for those who are having low CTC, appraisal parameters are at worst, politics at its best, Work-Life Balance is absolute ZERO

Good environmet. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus everyday year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
