...lan ready since there's no work life balance and its due to very high attrition. One can negotiate salary with 50-80% hike as well, 80% of their leaders (MD) doesn't have any acumen with technology and racist (white supremacy) for both India and Malaysia location. HR policy exists only on papers, they doesnt have any say whatsoever since all decisions are taken by MDs themselves. One can find fossils working from chennai location which is their main site, bangalore site came of 4-5yrs ago due to floods in chennai which lack with all basic amenities like parking, cafeteria, even desk to sit. Suggestion is to accept the offer letter to increase salary and dont expect anything else.

Lady employees are safe to work

Dislikes

No hike. No recognition.. lots of partiality about staffs... If u highlight anything respective employee will b targetted and will b punished either by not giving hike or by putting them under PIP... Have undergone much and not voicing out anything to keep myself safe...

The leave policy is good.

Dislikes

...and given special attention to few people who can speak good but cannot deliver. Salary for HR team like HD operations, Talent acquisition who are based in Banaglore and Chennai is very poor. No market correction for them. They had let go of top performers with the teams. The new leaders are not empathetic and it shows how company culture is shifting to biasness.

I got a job
I received an offer letter from standard chartered. Which is a great step for me to start as an investment banker. However i don't know the pathway. I wanna reach the top level in investment banking. Any suggestions on that, and what are the key points i should remember while learning. And lastly my ctc is 3.4 LPA What can I do to make it 9 LPA in next 3 years
