One can negotiate salary with 50-80% hike as well, 80% of their leaders (MD) doesn't have any acumen with technology and racist (white supremacy) for both India and Malaysia location. HR policy exists only on papers, they doesnt have any say whatsoever since all decisions are taken by MDs themselves. One can find fossils working from chennai location which is their main site, bangalore site came of 4-5yrs ago due to floods in chennai which lack with all basic amenities like parking, cafeteria, even desk to sit. Suggestion is to accept the offer letter to increase salary and dont expect anything else.
