Co-workers seem approachable. Salary benefits are good as well. Learning opportunities are immense.

Dislikes

Work Life balance is the main drawback. extending beyond normal work hours almost everyday has become norm. Reason for this seems to be immense work load beyond one's capacity. Also Work pressure is constant.

I have been working with SCB GBS since 2010 and I must that it gives a great learning opportunity though compensation must improve to match with existing companies. Secondly, Manager/ boss culture need to be improvised though its quite subjective and individual attitude

Dislikes

GBS leadership as an individual Managers with 10 - 15 years of experience within organization are bias and follow boss culture whereas on-site leadership team is the best.

I have associated with scb as business analyst for payments domain for 18 months in building a new payment system and i would say this is one of the best company to learn the entire payment module as people are seasoned in payments domain. Coming to the aspect of job security I don't think any organisation which would be as safe as this one.

Dislikes

...el will not support for latest initiates provided by the new member of the team. I personally salary was not on par with industry.

1 No increment cause they say my pay is above market level 2 Hard work has no value but buttering the manager and staying late in office has value 3 No compensation for working weekends 4 Very bad work culture 5 Everything is controlled from Chennai and Bangalore people have no value 6 They will pay you hike based on your work experience and current CTC and not depending on your effort or hard work 7 Some managers don't allow you to work from home but work from home for at least a month or 2 in total in a Year DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY

...ager. The training team was too good, and there is 100% job security and growth. About salary and incentives, yes according to the position and the work we do , we get paid well and in fairly. Of course there will be politics, but if you are really good at your attitude and work, then its really easy to break those politics. Work environment is really cool, but still you will not be comfortable with the coffee and food, but yes there are lot more happening in the office which is actually cool. Yes they care a lot about ones life and there career growth, motivates really well and support each and every one. Great place to work with lot of good loving people.

Nothing much, but yes may be politics which happens between the favorite people .
