Amazing company to work for. They don’t cheat your hours like other Indian companies do. Every minute you work you get paid. I work extra if I plan a trip or want to buy something nice for my family. Management is very understanding and very helpful. I came here 3 yrs ago as a fresher and I have no plan to build my career here

I can’t say I dislike the shift because they clearly explain during interview night shift is not for everyone. This is the nature of their business if okay join if you know you can handle night hours. No point complaining and asking them to change shift after because client usually do not agree to it

They hire Pharma and life sciences Domain fresher for Data entry roles for which the fresher has no scope for future Work life balance is nill Work on weekends No appraisals or appreciation for overtime and working on weekends Toxic work environment is the reason company is always hiring

Worst company, manager has partiality between the employees

Dislikes

Almost everything, the management doesn't have credits and appraisal on the basis of the work what employee do , they just give to their favourite employee. The office has no proper hygiene and maintenance and mainly no unity at all.
