toxic culture among employee and higher in office. no proper facilities for cab though is it night shift not even tissues are provided in the office and no coffee or tea available if we want to have. Manager and vice president are biased. company culture is also so bad.

Amazing company to work for. They don’t cheat your hours like other Indian companies do. Every minute you work you get paid. I work extra if I plan a trip or want to buy something nice for my family. Management is very understanding and very helpful. I came here 3 yrs ago as a fresher and I have no plan to build my career here

Dislikes

I can’t say I dislike the shift because they clearly explain during interview night shift is not for everyone. This is the nature of their business if okay join if you know you can handle night hours. No point complaining and asking them to change shift after because client usually do not agree to it

They hire Pharma and life sciences Domain fresher for Data entry roles for which the fresher has no scope for future Work life balance is nill Work on weekends No appraisals or appreciation for overtime and working on weekends Toxic work environment is the reason company is always hiring
