If u are going to work in technical skill, please dont go there, this is a call center(BPO), and will treat you the same... if you are capable of doing 8 hours work in 12 hours and good in "CHAMCHA-GIRI" then it is good place bcoz there ur growth will depend on how much time u spend in company not on work...

If we talk about the work experience and job satisafction that is a kind of dream because both is not exist there they guys just want machines who can work continuosly, apart from that they have management issue they do not even give a good environment they do not even want to pay the salaries never work there
