Work culture is pathetic i would say where you are expected to work for 12 hours a day without any overtime compensation. If you cant work for the desired amount than you need to provide a medical certificate showing any illness as a reason of not working for more than 10 plus hours.

Specially talking about regulatory reporting team. The team is excellent. Management and leadership is awesome. Bonus is well paid compared to industry peers. Lot of opportunities for personal and professional development.

Salary is not as per industry standards. When filing deadlines - there is no log off time. Last few days Or a week you'll only work and nothing else in your entire day.

No Salary Increment No Bonus No leaves No Overtime Bonus Long Working hours around 15 ,16 hours approx everyday. Work Pressure is very High High Attrition rate Management Change in every 6 months.

Overall it was a good experience working in Globeop in Finance team ( Billing)

The salary is not in line with the work allocation. The Old employees are paid less, the new joiners at the lower level are getting paid more

As a fresher there’s a lot to learn and seniors do help us.

Sometimes it does get a bit hectic. Also the pay is bit low then industry standards but as a fresher it’s a good stepping stone to build your initial career from here.
