Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? The firm and the job have both been excellent for me and my growth as an employee. But even more importantly, I appreciated that our paychecks were not withheld during the Covid. I also verified with some of my co-workers. Nobody was given a pay cut. That has been a huge drive for me to come here and work. In addition, the folks I work with are really supportive.

The firm might benefit from some consumer variety. They're wonderful, however their similarity in substance and needs makes work repetitive on a regular basis. The majority of our clients work in education. Fortunately, management has taken notice and is extending its portfolio.

Policies. Every other day they introduce a new policy which is not employee friendly at all. Work pressure is overwhelming, leaving no room for a healthy work-life balance. The appraisals are minimal, and employees are often pressured to leave with little or no financial growth.

-Account manager's writing reviews here😂🤣 - companies employee retention rate is 5% that's why they are always hiring. - higher management full of extra smart people. They've made it in life after being there for more than 1 years. Honestly I can't. - I have a question - why did you leave me last weekend, I was waiting for your call so that I start working in sunday like I did for a year.

The clients they work with are good.

Dislikes

A lot of politics. No empathy at work place. Toxic managers who have no understanding of work. When taking a sick leave if you are working from home is received with a lot of mean comments. One is supposed to work 12 15 hours and even give time on Sundays.
