All durgapur company are very poor. They do not want spent a single rupee. Company shows very systematic but there is system. Very very high pressure. No support from senior. No support from company. Company dono have system.internal politics are very high.Senior donor have knowledge of product and market condition. Company management is zero and very very poor. Evary day they are new joining.
