My ex company is up growing company in the industry. But salary structure not modified. No fixed working hours. We are working in holidays like normal working days. Because everyone human have family but we are unable to time spent with family also we hurt our family expectations.

All durgapur company are very poor. They do not want spent a single rupee. Company shows very systematic but there is system. Very very high pressure. No support from senior. No support from company.
