All durgapur company are very poor. They do not want spent a single rupee. Company shows very systematic but there is system. Very very high pressure. No support from senior. No support from company. Company dono have system.internal politics are very high.Senior donor have knowledge of product and market condition. Company management is zero and very very poor. Evary day they are new joining. Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
